Mia Stonov writes opinion articles for The Journal and enjoys improving her skills in writing and bringing a student perspective to current issues. Mia is on the New Trier Swim and Dive team and is involved with the school's debate club. In her free time, Mia enjoys spending time with her two dogs, exploring trails with her sister, and listening to alternative or R/B music.
